What you described are aren't eroge RPGs, that's standard VN/ADV gameplay If you really want an eroge RPG, try Brave Soul (action RPG, commercially translated), Men At Work 2 (RPG, fantranslated), Castle Fantasia 2 (Tactical RPG fantranslated) or Utawarerumono (tactical RPG, fantranslated).

Uta doesn't have any real decisions, but out of those it's prolly the best. Princess Waltz (ADV cardbattles with RPG elements, commercial) isn't really an RPG, and only has 3 choices really late in the game, but it's pretty great, so. I know my share of games like that.
