Not sure what model you have but you may be able to re-install Roxio using the Vaio Recovery utility. The guide below may help but if not let us know your model hopefully we can give you a more accurate guide.

That worked perfectly. My Roxio Creator 10.1 suddenly started asking for the RCPCORE.msi file and simply would not run. I would add that the Windows Installer folder is doubly hidden. The easiest way to get to it is to open a Windows Explorer window and just type in C: Windows Installer to get to the folder. There are a gazillion files so you have to be very patient and put the cursor over each.msi file and read what it is for.
