So i manually downloaded the update and installed it, Says it Installed, But still when i connect, It says i need to download the Update.

I done many different things to get this to work, But no luck. From various Compatibility mode Settings, To even going into the App data/Temp and Installing the Extracted Update, and that STILL didn't work. A Registry edit or something.
