2010 Specialized Allez Elite Saxo Bank Team Edition

I have an interesting situation in front of me.i was about to go and put a new 2011 specialized allez elite on lay a way at my LBS for $1200. Then my brother called me and told me he found at his LBS two hours away a leftover 2010 allez elite in team saxo bank team colors for $1000. The specs diff for those of you who can chime in are: new 2011 has new e5 alum frame with bigger head tube and better aluminum but full tiagra components but is $200 more leftover 2010 has full 105 components but does not have the e5 aluminum but the regular a1 aluminum and does not have the new design of the bigger head tube but is also $200 less i cannot decide. Can you guys help me make a decision?
